- before beginning the candidate search, we consult with our partners in detail on all the criteria of the job you want to fill
- once we have this information, we will start the search immediately, without any advance payment or other costs
- all candidates are presented to our clients after several rounds of pre-screening
- coordinate the selection process, including organisational, coordination and administrative tasks
- we offer our services on a contingency fee basis: we only charge a placement fee once the client has hired the person of their choice
- we guarantee our service: if the placed employee leaves within 3 months, we will provide our partners with a new candidate free of charge
